The project introduces a software-supported awareness raising concept to decrease the risk of physical and mental health issues. This includes continuous support materials and application use to foster a healthy work-life balance.

The initiative establishes "Living Learning Labs". These are pilot measures for intergenerational learning and mentoring designed to train senior employees to boost knowledge sharing with younger generations, thereby combatting the shortage of skilled labour and fostering solidarity.
