The results at the employee level of the IntegrAGE project are focused on creating a proactive, skilled, and engaged older workforce that successfully adapts to the modern working environment.
The measurable results aim for changes in the individual competence, self-awareness, and behavior of the 55+ employees as well as improved workplace dynamics.
Expected Results for Employees
The project targets tangible outcomes primarily through its training and mentoring activities (Specific Objective 3):
Improved Resilience and Skill Match
The validated, modular e-learning concept and gamified learning tool developed for the senior workforce will be actively launched and promoted. This solution targets enhancing resilience, adaptivity, and health awareness among the 55+ population.
Successful Pilot Adoption
The IntegrAGE resilience training pilots and the pilot measures of the intergenerational learning and mentoring concept (Living Learning Labs) are successfully conducted in the participating countries. These pilots validate the training and mentoring models for later scalable adoption.
Impact on Employee Behavior and Well-being
By delivering these outputs, the project expects the following direct changes in the target group:
Self-Awareness and Motivation
Employees demonstrate self-awareness, readily acknowledge any skill limitations they have, and are motivated to develop new skills.
Employability and Adaptation
Employees increase their employability by acquiring and updating skills and overcoming age barriers. They actively take part in activities to cope with changes in the workplace, leading to prolonged economic activity.
Intergenerational Cooperation
Older and younger employees will appreciate the benefits of knowledge sharing and work together in a supportive manner. They will engage in mentoring relationships, effectively transferring their expertise to one another.
