Key Results for Companies and Employers

The direct, measurable results for companies are encapsulated in the following targets:

Target O.3.1

Adoption and Implementation of Tested Solutions

The key goal for companies is the actual uptake and scaling of the operational solutions developed by the project.

Target: 4.00 solutions adopted or up-scaled by organizations.

Mechanism: Companies use the validated materials and tools to directly address age-related workforce issues. This includes implementing the:

  • Age Management Training: The tested, game-based curriculum for internal company actors (HR/Management).
  • Resilience Training: The gamified upskilling solution for their 55+ employees.
  • Mentoring Programs: The "Living Learning Labs" model for intergenerational knowledge transfer.

Impact: Through this implementation, employers improve the well-being and productivity of their older employees.

Target R.1

Increased Institutional Capacity

The involvement in the project's capacity-building and collaboration activities is expected to lead to a measurable increase in institutional strength.

Target: 30.00 organizations with increased institutional capacity due to their participation.

Mechanism: For the companies and business support organizations involved, this increase is a result of directly engaging in:

  • Mentor Training: Training company employees to be mentors.
  • Pilot Actions: Implementing the capacity-building pilot programs.
  • Strategic Development: Contributing to the development of key concepts and finding solutions to age management issues.

Impact: Companies become better equipped to manage age diversity, which facilitates the efficient utilization of accumulated knowledge and seamlessly integrates age management practices into their structure.

In essence, the company-level success is defined by the practical adoption of the innovative training, mentoring, and support mechanisms developed by the project, leading to tangible improvements in how organizations manage and retain their experienced workforce.
